Information we collect
PhoneAsTrackpad does not collect, store, sell, or share personal information. The app contains no advertising SDK or analytics SDK.
Local network communication
The app uses the local network to discover and connect to a Mac or Windows PC running the PhoneAsTrackpad computer connection app. Device names, pairing information, and input events are exchanged directly between your devices and are not sent to our servers.
Diagnostic logs
Computer connection app diagnostic logs stay on your computer. They are shared only when you choose to copy and send them.
Data retention and deletion
Because we do not operate a server that receives your data, we retain no personal data. You can remove locally stored pairing information by deleting the app or computer connection app data from your devices.
Children
The app does not knowingly collect information from children or any other users.
